1. Acceptance

By installing or using PDF Presenter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

PDF Presenter lets you open PDF files and present them fullscreen with slide navigation. Free and paid features (e.g., PDF Presenter Pro) may apply as shown in the app and the storefront.

3. License and ownership

The software, branding, and app materials are owned by the publisher or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or professional use per the app store terms.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or bypass security except as allowed by law; (b) use the app in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law; (c) overload infrastructure or harm other users.

5. Your content

PDFs are processed on device. The publisher does not claim ownership of your documents. You are responsible for having the right to use them and for not infringing copyright or trade secrets.

6. Subscriptions and PDF Presenter Pro

PDF Presenter offers free use with limited features and the PDF Presenter Pro auto-renewable subscription on the App Store (iPhone, iPad, and Mac). Price, currency, and territorial availability are set by Apple.

Free plan: in presenter mode, you can view up to the first 20 slides of each PDF; on the home screen you can reopen only your most recent presentation on this device (1 entry).

PDF Presenter Pro: unlocks unlimited slides in the same presenter mode (fullscreen, keyboard, gestures, and slide counter), up to 5 recent presentations on the home screen (stored locally on this device), and external display presentation (TV, projector, monitor, or AirPlay/Apple TV when the system supports a second screen), with controls on your primary device.

Purchases, renewal, and cancellation

No external payment: Pro is not sold outside the App Store.

Changes to price, term length, or benefits will be communicated as reasonably required by Apple and applicable law.

7. Telemetry and privacy

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the app.

10. Changes

The publisher may update these terms. Material changes should be communicated reasonably (e.g., store update or in-app notice).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the publisher’s domicile in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
